HOW IT ALL BEGAN

It all started for VSI in 1990 when media entrepreneur and filmmaker John Gubba left ITV to set up an independent, initially trading as Visionsport International.

Today the VSI TV Network has evolved and we create, publish, promote and distribute great content on all media platforms.

Content produced by VSI has been broadcast in over 160 countries and can be found on multiple online platforms including YouTube, Blinkx, Yamgo and SPB TV.

FOUNDER

The company was founded by John Gubba, who has worked in newspapers, radio and television at both national and local level. His experience includes setting up Britain’s first football club channel, reporting live on ITV, writing for the Sunday Mirror for more than 20 years and producer-directing documentaries for Manchester United’s MUTV.

As a publicist and media consultant, Gubba has experience advising global businesses at board level as well as high profile individuals. He is currently writing a book ‘The Teachings of a Media Guru’ and a respected self-shooting producer-director and video journalist / reporter.
